Ivy Terra, LLC, is a privately owned, full service Commercial Landscape, Design, Install, and Maintenance firm providing a full suite of services to some of the best clients across the nation from offices in Seattle and Houston. We are a 30 plus year old business that is growing at a tremendous pace that will continue to provide opportunities for all our team members.

We need a Regional Manager to lead and guide our Southeastern US operations regional office in Houston, TX. Texas has one of the most vibrant Real Estate markets in the country and is an incredible opportunity to grow the business across all lines. We negotiate most contracts, making this a very client-facing role. We are mainly a construction firm currently with a focus on becoming more a service-oriented maintenance firm.

You are responsible for all aspects of the southeastern US region including:

• Driving sales and operational effectiveness with Branch Managers
• Provide day to day leadership to our clients and regional offices.
• Overseeing the performance and quality of all work performance.
• Direct contact with all clients, vendors, and team members that support our efforts.
• Responsible for safety training of all branch team members
• Directing sales efforts to continue to grow branch operations.

Skills and experience we prefer you have:

• Well versed in all aspects of our operation (Landscape Construction, Irrigation, and Landscape Maintenance.
• A 4-year degree in Horticulture or other related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements
• Good Communication
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
